Rosemary (Rosmarinus officinalis). I have both 1 gallon $2 and 5 gallon $5 rosemary shrubs that are a great addition to any garden. This herb is an evergreen and is used as a main herb in many dishes around the world. Native to the mediterranean, it is very adaptable to our inland empire climate and can tolerate frost conditions. It is also very drought tolerant. They will bloom in spring with a burst of purple flowers just add bloom fertilizer.
