Plants Database: RFQ Help
"RFQ" is an abbreviation for "Request For Quote", an industry standard term. By adding a number of plants to your RFQ cart and entering specific quantities for each, you can then send out your RFQ to each of the suppliers listed in your cart. Each supplier will receive a customized email with your RFQ for their specific plants [their received RFQ will only contain plants that they offer]. In other words, if you'd like multiple quotes for a specific plant from multiple suppliers, you must add that plant from multiple suppliers.
Also, you will receive an RFQ email "master copy" for reference, containing ALL of the plants and suppliers listed in your cart.
